As usual, Rezzen takes great pride in the success of those with which it is associated. We extend congratulations to Assoc Prof Dr Noor Azizi Ismail, the Dean of Research and Innovation, College of Business at UUM, who was awarded the Lecturer Excellence Awards on 15th July 2008. The Lecturer Excellence Awards, an initiative of SAS Malaysia, aims to recognize lecturers for their contributions in teaching and supporting SAS.
As one of three winners, Assoc Prof Dr Noor Azizi Ismail met most of the criteria and scored the highest marks among the criteria which included:
- Incorporate SAS into syllabus
- Teaching SAS to students in class
- Train new lecturers to successfully incorporate SAS into new subject syllabus
- Supervise postgraduate students in research using SAS
- A SAS Accredited Trainer
- Participate and present a paper in the yearly SAS Forum
