First DBA Students Graduate
Dr Zainol, Dr KM Loi & Dr Sri Widodo – the first UUM-Rezzen DBA graduates
Three UUM-Rezzen students have the distinction of being the University’s first Doctorate in Business graduates at the recently held March convocation. They are Dr. Zainol Abdul Rani, (left) who is a well-known corporate trainer and coach, Dr. KM Loi, (middle) who is a President/CEO of his own company – KM Loi & Associates Sdn. Bhd. and Dr. Sri Widodo, (right) formerly an aeronautical engineering senior lecturer at UniKL and who hails from Bandung, Indonesia. They registered with Rezzen’s doctoral class in KL throughout the study period, which took less than three and a half years. Dr. Widodo researched on "TQM Exension Practices And Performance : A Case Study In Malaysian Aerospace Industry", Dr. Zainol's thesis was on "The Effect Of Perceived Evolutionary Process Change Practices On Evolutionary Process Change Performance Moderated By Types Of Training" while Dr. KM Loi researched on "The Perception of Ethics and Social Responsibility of Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry Corporate Members in Relation To ISO 26000 – Social Responsibility Adoption.
