Application Procedures –

We have designed an optional fast-track DBA program for those who would like to finish the degree faster. Under this new system, those who so opt may take more than the 2 modules fortnightly. Instead of taking one module at a time, involving classes over 3 alternate weekends; they can choose either to take 3 or 4 modules. If they take 4 modules this means that each successive weekend during the entire semester will be occupied with classes. The choice is left to the student, who chooses among scheduled classes. The steps to complete your application, are as follows:

1) Apply on-line now at http://application.rezzen.com.my/

2) Send certified true copies of your transcript and degree scroll (certification can be done by your manager / HR manager)

3) Send RM 100.00 (Malaysian applicant) @ RM 119.00 (ASEAN applicant) @ RM 170.00 (NON ASEAN applicant) Postal Order in the name of “Bendahari UUM”. You may also pay online via Maybank2u.com for the sum of amount together with additional RM0.50. Under the “Online Bill Payment”, select “Open Payment”, “More Payees – ALL PAYEES”, “next”, select “Rezzen (M) Sdn. Bhd.”, “next”, key in your details, “next”, “REQUEST TAC”, wait for TAC no. via your mobile or.. etc then key in the no. , “confirm”.

4) Send Two completed sets of the Referee Recommendation forms which you can download from this link: http://www.rezzen.com.my/php_site/uploads/1uum_referee-form.doc

5) Send 1 recent photo Please courier all the documents to us at the address below. The closing date for the May 2012 intake would on 27 March 2012.We will be pleased to prepare the postal order for you if you bank in the sum of amount together with additional RM0.50 to our account (Rezzen (M) Sdn Bhd Maybank Acct 512 352 303 911). Kindly fax us the confirmation of this payment with your name and telephone number for us to proceed.
