A profile of Rezzen Center applications.
Ever since we first manned this post of co-ordinating admissions to our off campus centers for higher degrees for Universiti Utara Malaysia, no two intakes have been the same. This intake beginning on 7th of January 2012 is no different. We have a record 31 candidates admitted. For the first time, DBA candidates outnumber MBA candidates 17 to 14. IPTA lecturers appeared in droves, attesting to our reputation among those of their colleagues who have taken the degrees before them. HR managers are usually the first to hear about training opportunities and they always count themselves among all our intakes. Senior managers figure prominently among the first to be past the post, i.e. among those first selected. A sign of maturity among our intake are the number of those admitted who hold senior positions. Among them are senior auditors, senior accountants, senior architects, senior engineers, top ranking police officers, and Managing Directors who are business owners as well, whose business entities are not just in Malaysia but in the middle east such as Dubai and other middle east countries. Also without fail, is a couple who are both registered in this intake, earning their degrees simultaneously. We wish them all well.
